The heart of the faucet lies in its ceramic disc cartridge, which controls both temperature and water flow. Internally, two ceramic carbide discs rotate oppositely to regulate the water's flow. This material is resistant to friction, allowing the cartridge to last for several years before requiring replacement. The faucet is constructed with a solid brass body and stem with 3/8" x 16PT teeth on spline count for the handle. The cartridge has a thread size of 1/2-14 NPSM, and features a M24 x 1.0 threaded collar, as well as a rubber O ring at the bottom.

Crafted from high-quality brass and ceramic, this cartridge is corrosion-resistant and designed for long-lasting durability. It is specifically designed for Kingston Brass faucets - please verify compatibility with your model. The handle connection is 3/8" x 16 PT, and the overall length is 2-1/2". This product is labeled with Prop 65 warning and is Low Lead Compliant.
